Level 1

Procedure trainer

Open cockpit with the essential systems for flows, checklists and cockpit familiarisation. The most cost-effective way to free hours on expensive devices.

Level 2

Advanced trainer

Both crew positions, full instrumentation, instructor station and visual system — ready for MCC-style crew coordination work.

Level 3

Certifiable configuration

Fully enclosed cockpit built to the specification required for official qualification. Devices we built hold certificates issued by EASA-based programmes, ANAC and AFAC.

Electronics, mechanics, control loading, structures and control software are developed entirely in-house. Before you ask

The questions training centres always have

Can the device be certified?

Yes. Our simulators are prepared for FNPT II MCC certification levels, and devices we built hold qualification certificates issued by ANAC (Argentina) and AFAC (Mexico).

Do you install it for us?

Both options are available. Our team can travel to your site to assemble, install and commission the device — or your own technicians can do it with our engineers guiding the process step by step over video conference, which keeps travel costs out of the budget.

What happens if something breaks?

Every module is individually replaceable and manufactured by us, so spare parts are available years after delivery — no dependency on third-party suppliers.

How does it ship to us?

Every simulator travels in custom-built crates of treated wood, with internal packaging designed for long-distance freight by road, sea or air. We have delivered this way to 29 countries across five continents.

Can it be adapted to our programme?

Yes. From open procedure trainers to fully enclosed cockpits with visual systems, we build the configuration your training and your space require.
