Certifiable Flight Simulators for Professional Training
Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 devices designed, manufactured and supported in-house — from procedure trainers for day-to-day practice to fully certifiable configurations.
Training organisations that need a real aircraft on the ground
Flight academies & ATOs
Whether you need a procedure trainer to free up flight hours or a device prepared for FNPT II MCC qualification, we build to the level your programme actually requires.
Universities & research
Open, documented platforms used by engineering schools and aerospace research institutes for teaching and experimentation.
Airline training centres
Procedure trainers that take routine workload off your full flight simulators at a fraction of the operating cost.
Commercial simulation centres
Immersive, reliable cockpits built to run all day, every day, with spare parts available for the life of the business.
From a procedure trainer to a certifiable device
Not every training centre needs a certified simulator. Tell us what your programme requires and we build to that level — with an upgrade path if your needs grow later.
Procedure trainer
Open cockpit with the essential systems for flows, checklists and cockpit familiarisation. The most cost-effective way to free hours on expensive devices.
Advanced trainer
Both crew positions, full instrumentation, instructor station and visual system — ready for MCC-style crew coordination work.
Certifiable configuration
Fully enclosed cockpit built to the specification required for official qualification. Devices we built hold certificates issued by EASA-based programmes, ANAC and AFAC.
Boeing, Airbus and custom simulator solutions
A simulator manufacturer, not an assembler
Electronics, mechanics, control loading, structures and control software are developed entirely in-house. This integration enables us to design and manufacture devices in accordance with the applicable qualification requirements, adapt any component to your specifications and provide support throughout the simulator’s operational life.
Engineering
Custom electronics, mechanical design and simulator architecture.
Manufacturing
Cockpit structures, panels, flight controls and complete assemblies.
Integration
Hardware, software, visual systems, instructor stations and control loading.
Support
Installation, commissioning, remote assistance and technical support.
Our simulators are flying in 29 countries
Airline training centres, flight academies, universities and aerospace research institutes operate devices built by us — several of them qualified by national civil aviation authorities.

The questions training centres always have
Can the device be certified?
Yes. Our simulators are prepared for FNPT II MCC certification levels, and devices we built hold qualification certificates issued by ANAC (Argentina) and AFAC (Mexico).
Do you install it for us?
Both options are available. Our team can travel to your site to assemble, install and commission the device — or your own technicians can do it with our engineers guiding the process step by step over video conference, which keeps travel costs out of the budget.
What happens if something breaks?
Every module is individually replaceable and manufactured by us, so spare parts are available years after delivery — no dependency on third-party suppliers.
How does it ship to us?
Every simulator travels in custom-built crates of treated wood, with internal packaging designed for long-distance freight by road, sea or air. We have delivered this way to 29 countries across five continents.
Can it be adapted to our programme?
Yes. From open procedure trainers to fully enclosed cockpits with visual systems, we build the configuration your training and your space require.
Tell us about your training programme
Send us your requirements and our engineering team will come back with a configuration, a timeline and a quotation — with no commitment.

The same modules we fit in our professional simulators — pedestals, overhead panels, instrument panels, flight controls and electronic cards — are also available individually, with the same documentation, support and spare parts.
