Engineering Flight Simulators Since 2003
We engineer and manufacture certifiable flight training devices for airlines, aviation academies, universities and the aerospace industry — designed, built and supported entirely in our own facilities in Spain.

A professional simulator manufacturer with two decades of engineering behind it
Opencockpits designs and manufactures complete flight training devices for professional aviation training. Our simulators operate today in airline training centres, flight academies, universities and aerospace research institutes across 29 countries, and several of them hold qualification certificates issued by national civil aviation authorities.
We are not an assembler of third-party parts. Electronics, mechanics, control loading, structures and control software are all developed in-house — which is what allows us to certify devices, adapt any component to a customer specification, and guarantee spare parts and support for the entire operational life of a simulator.
That same engineering is also available as individual cockpit modules through our shop, used worldwide by training organisations and demanding simulation professionals.
Everything under one roof
Electronics
Our own boards, assembled and tested on our SMT line.
Manufacturing
Structures, panels and flight controls built in our workshop.
Testing
Every module verified before it leaves the building.
Support
Installation, commissioning and assistance for the life of the product.
Where every training device is built and flown before delivery
Design, production and test rooms
Our facilities house the full process: electronics production, mechanical workshop, assembly area and dedicated rooms where every simulator is fully assembled and flown before shipping. Nothing leaves the building until it has been tested as a complete system.
From bare structure to finished flight deck
Steel frames, aluminium panels and fibre finishes are produced to the real aircraft dimensions. Because we build every module, any part can be replaced individually — which keeps maintenance simple and costs low for the entire life of the simulator.
Prepared and certified to official standards
Our devices are qualified for official training programmes.
EASA
Configurations prepared for FNPT II MCC certification levels.
ANAC — Argentina
A320 device qualified as FTD Level 4 by the Argentine Civil Aviation Authority.
AFAC — Mexico
A320 device holding the Type Approval Certificate of the Mexican Civil Aviation Agency.
